Photos: Gotham Zip Line at Comic-Con!

As I waded through the epic sea of Geek insanity that is Comic-Con, I stumbled upon one of FOX’s no-holds-barred Gotham interactive events: The Gotham Zip-line!

It was everything I hoped it would be. Pressed right up against the bay just behind the convention center, the expansive simlulated Gotham City skyline was punctuated by the launching tower and populated with an hour-long line of willing Batman fans. Some in costume and some in civilian clothes, the con-goers scaled the tower and sped across the taught line with gusto. Their reward? A snapshot of their Grayson-like acrobatics and the thrill of feeling like a caped crusader for a brief moment. I watched the action from afar (I’m not good at plummeting from heights).
