Questionable Batman Costume “Leak” from Batman vs Superman

Personally, I see why people have been following this as a possible spoiler. The bat on the chest looks remarkably like the Frank Miller version that’s been linked to Batman Vs Superman.
However, the gauntlets seem to be from the Arkham video game series and the model itself seems to be mold-injected plastic like an action figure. Rarely are mock-ups for films made into action figures. The Photoshop-y look of the fonts and set-up seem suspect as well. If I had to guess, I’d say this was fan made.
I’m not going to believe it till I see a set picture or a sketch that looks like a professional studio pitch.
