Batman Fanfic of the Week: ‘Waking Nightmares’

It’s time for another Batman Fanfic of the Week! This week’s story, written by Archive of Our Own user Kereea, is called ‘Waking Nightmares’ and takes place after the events Batman: Court of Owls. ‘Waking Nightmares’ is a three chapter story on archiveofourown.com and centers around Damian Wayne and Dick Grayson. Below is the brief summary of ‘Waking Nightmares’.

You can read the full story on AO3 here. I really like Kereea’s take on the relationship of Dick Grayson and Damian Wayne, I think she really has them pegged. I have yet to read the Court of Owls comics so I don’t know how accurately she relayed the events therein. But I have to say that reading this story has made me want to read those comics. Kereea is a talented writer, she has written an excellent story and I am happy to share it with my readers here on Caped Crusades.
